Abstract:

The exhibition serves as a manifesto for a return to perception, emphasizing the significance of sensitivity and instincts in dialogue with art.

"Art, with its plurality," transforms into the language that opens doors to the indescribable, translating thought into emotion. Contact becomes immediacy, the experience without filters between the subject and the artistic work. "Indescribable Connections" challenges the apparent disparity between contemporary art and medieval artifacts, creating an articulated juxtaposition made possible by underlying relationships.

Giovanna Caimmi's works engage in dialogue with those of Giulia Dall'Olio, narrating tales of untouched and lush nature, guardians of relics from bygone eras. In the exhibition, Caimmi's "natural tangles" intertwine with the installation "Tiber," while Dall'Olio explores the color blue as a tribute to the medieval era, alongside her black and white drawings.

On Saturday, February 3, during the ART CITY White Night, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Caimmi and Dall'Olio will bring the exhibition to life with a live drawing event, allowing the audience to witness the creative process in real time.
